The short version. The app is yours to use for your own gift exchanges. Purchases are made through Google Play, and subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the Play Store. Everything you enter stays on your phone.
These terms apply to your use of Secret Santa Name Draw (“the app”), published by Lakeside Digital. By installing or using the app you agree to them. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and to any purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows this.
Names, wishes and other details you enter stay on your device and remain yours. Only enter details of other people that they would be happy for you to use for the gift exchange. When you send a match, the message goes through the app you choose and is covered by that app’s terms.
The draw is random within the exclusions you set. The app does not guarantee any particular result, and it cannot know whether a message you sent was received or read.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be flagged in the app.
